RENTAL TERMS AND PRICES
To make a booking, please contact us first to check availability.
To secure a booking, please complete the enclosed booking form and send together with your deposit. Confirmation of your booking and an invoice for the balance will be sent to you by return.
A non-refundable deposit of £ 100.00 is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If the final payment has not been received by this date, the booking may be treated as a cancellation and the deposit forfeited. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of the departure date, the full amount is payable immediately.
Any cancellation of your holiday must be confirmed in writing to us asap. The scale below determines what part of your holiday payment is refundable.
The rental period starts Sat 2pm on the first day and finishes Sat 10am on the last day. If your travel arrangements are outside this period, it may be possible to accept a booking subject to availability.
Prices shown are for one week rentals, and based on your arrival date for up to six guests.

The above prices exclude the 70 Euro cleaning charge. Unless otherwise agreed, this is to be paid locally when collecting the Villa keys.
The full address, directions and contact details for the keys will be forwarded should you rent the villa.
The villa should be left in the same good condition as when first occupied. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge, if not replaced.
The client is strongly advised to take out full travel and medical insurance for all members of the party. The use of accommodation and any amenities provided by the owners is entirely at the user's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any injuries to persons or loss or damage to any belongings of persons who use them.
