THE CONSERVATORY

There is a glass topped dining table and four wicker chairs and a barbecue.
The Conservatory leads you to a small external patio complete with patio table which gets the benefit of the afternoon sun.
The Conservatory and patio overlook a small garden,complete with lemon tree! and a grassy banked area which leads you down to the swimming pool.
THE KITCHEN
There is a good size American style kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and utensils together with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The property has tiled floors throughout and granite work surfaces in the kitchen.
There is also an open serving area through to the dining part of the lounge.
On the other side of the entrance hall,there is a downstairs WC.
